- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Brown the butter in a saucepan until golden and nutty, then cool slightly.
- Whisk brown sugar, granulated sugar, honey, and brown butter until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
- Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt separately, then fold into wet ingredients.
- Fold in chopped pistachios and white chocolate if using.
- Spread evenly into prepared pan and bake for 28–32 minutes.
- Cool completely, drizzle with honey, sprinkle flaky sea salt, then slice into bars.
Notes
Slightly underbake for the chewiest texture and use roasted pistachios for the best flavor.
