Ingredients
  

Overnight Oats
  • 0.5 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 0.75 cup almond milk or milk of choice
  • 0.25 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup or to taste
  • 1 tbsp mini chocolate chips
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder optional
  • 1 pinch salt

Method
 

  1. Mix dry ingredients in a jar or bowl.
  2. Stir in milk, yogurt, and maple syrup until smooth.
  3. Fold in chocolate chips.
  4. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
  5. Stir and serve, adding milk if needed.
