  • 1.5 lbs Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
  • 5 slices bacon chopped
  • 0.5 cup pecans chopped
  • 0.33 cup dried cranberries

Method
 

  1. Roast Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper at 425°F.
  2. Cook bacon until crispy in a skillet.
  3. Add bacon and pecans to sprouts and roast until caramelized.
