Ingredients
  

Meatballs
  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 0.5 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg large
  • 0.25 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp parsley chopped
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp ranch dressing optional
Sauce
  • 0.5 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 tbsp honey optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine all meatball ingredients in a large bowl and mix gently.
  3. Roll into evenly sized meatballs and place on baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 18–20 minutes until fully cooked.
  5. Mix buffalo sauce, melted butter, and honey in a small bowl.
  6. Toss hot meatballs in sauce until coated.
  7. Serve warm with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
