  • 8 cups mini pretzels
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar packed
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.5 tsp baking soda

Method
 

  1. Melt butter and brown sugar, boil briefly.
  2. Stir in vanilla and baking soda.
  3. Pour over pretzels and toss to coat.
  4. Bake, stirring occasionally, until crisp.

Notes

Cool completely before breaking apart for best crunch.
