Ingredients
  

Seafood
  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 250 g shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
Garlic Cream Sauce
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1.5 cups heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese
Sides
  • 4 potatoes
  • 250 g green beans

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Boil and mash potatoes with butter and milk.
  2. Cook green beans with garlic until tender.
  3. Season and sear salmon until cooked through.
  4. Cook shrimp until pink and set aside.
  5. Prepare garlic cream sauce in the same pan.
  6. Serve seafood over mashed potatoes with sauce and green beans.

Notes

Adjust Cajun seasoning to control spice level.
