Ingredients
  

Roast Beef Rolls
  • 1 can crescent roll dough
  • 8 slices deli roast beef
  • 1 large onion thinly sliced
  • 6 slices provolone cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp melted butter for brushing

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking dish.
  2. Cook onions in butter and olive oil until caramelized, about 15–20 minutes.
  3. Add garlic and Worcestershire sauce, then cook for 1 minute.
  4. Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles.
  5. Fill each triangle with roast beef, onions, and provolone cheese.
  6. Roll tightly and place in baking dish.
  7. Brush tops with melted butter and bake for 12–15 minutes until golden.
  8. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

Notes

Perfect served with horseradish sauce, ranch, or warm au jus for dipping.
