Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking dish.
- Cook onions in butter and olive oil until caramelized, about 15–20 minutes.
- Add garlic and Worcestershire sauce, then cook for 1 minute.
- Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles.
- Fill each triangle with roast beef, onions, and provolone cheese.
- Roll tightly and place in baking dish.
- Brush tops with melted butter and bake for 12–15 minutes until golden.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
