Method
- Boil water and cook buldak ramen noodles according to package instructions.
- Reserve a little noodle water, then drain most of the water.
- Return noodles to low heat and mix in the spicy sauce packet.
- Add milk, heavy cream, butter, garlic powder, and black pepper. Stir until creamy.
- Lower heat and stir in egg yolk quickly for a silky sauce.
- Add parmesan and mozzarella cheese and stir until melted.
- Adjust consistency with reserved noodle water if needed.
- Top with green onions, sesame seeds, and soft-boiled egg before serving.
Notes
Keep the heat very low when adding the egg yolk to avoid scrambling. Best served immediately while hot and creamy.
