Ingredients
  

  • 250 g pasta
  • 2 cups cooked chicken diced or shredded
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1-1.5 cups shredded cheese
  • 0.25 cup parmesan cheese optional
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta in salted water until al dente.
  2. Melt butter in pan and sauté garlic briefly.
  3. Add cream and warm gently.
  4. Stir in shredded cheese until melted.
  5. Add cooked chicken and mix.
  6. Combine pasta with sauce and season.

Notes

Use pasta water to adjust sauce consistency.
