  • 1 can whole kernel corn drained
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 eggs large
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 1 cup cornmeal mix

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Combine whole kernel corn and cream-style corn in a large bowl.
  3. Whisk in sour cream, melted butter, milk, and eggs until smooth.
  4. Stir in cornmeal mix, salt, and pepper.
  5. Fold in shredded cheese and pour into baking dish.
  6. Bake 40–45 minutes until golden and set.
