  • 1 French bread
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp parsley chopped
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese grated

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice bread and prepare garlic butter mixture.
  3. Spread butter on bread and top with cheese.
  4. Bake until cheese melts and becomes bubbly.
  5. Optional broil for golden top, then serve.

Broil briefly for extra crispiness.
