Ingredients
  

  • 12 Hawaiian sweet rolls
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp parsley chopped
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning optional
  • 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • optional deli meat or bacon

Equipment

  • Baking dish 9x13
  • Small mixing bowl
  • Pastry brush
  • Knife

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. Slice Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping them attached if possible.
  3. Place bottom half of rolls in the dish and layer cheese evenly.
  4. Add optional deli meat or bacon if using and top with roll tops.
  5. Combine melted butter, garlic, parsley, and Italian seasoning.
  6. Brush garlic butter generously over top of rolls.
  7. Bake for 15–20 minutes until cheese melts and tops are golden.
  8. Remove, slice into sliders, and serve warm.

Notes

Serve immediately for best gooey texture; sliders can be reheated covered in the oven for 5–7 minutes.
