  • 1 cup rice cooked
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup black beans optional
  • 0.5 cup corn optional

  • 0.5 cup salsa
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • salt and pepper to taste
