Casserole
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup carrots sliced
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded

Method
 

  1. Steam vegetables until just tender.
  2. Make roux with butter, onion, garlic, and flour.
  3. Whisk in milk and melt cheese.
