Ingredients
  

Blondie Batter
  • 1 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 cup brown sugar packed
  • 0.5 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs large
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Biscoff spread
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 cup crushed Biscoff cookies optional topping

  • 8x8-inch baking pan

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment.
  2. Whisk melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing until incorporated.
  4. Stir in Biscoff spread until creamy.
  5. Fold in flour, baking powder, and salt until just combined.
  6. Pour batter into prepared pan and top with crushed Biscoff cookies if desired.
  7. Bake 25–30 minutes until edges are set but center is soft. Cool completely before slicing.

Notes

Do not overbake to maintain chewiness.
