- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment.
- Whisk melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs and vanilla, mixing until incorporated.
- Stir in Biscoff spread until creamy.
- Fold in flour, baking powder, and salt until just combined.
- Pour batter into prepared pan and top with crushed Biscoff cookies if desired.
- Bake 25–30 minutes until edges are set but center is soft. Cool completely before slicing.
