Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
Filling
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup shredded sweetened coconut
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts optional
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk 14 oz
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of the pan and bake 5 minutes.
  3. Layer chocolate chips, dried cranberries, shredded coconut, and chopped nuts evenly over crust.
  4. Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over the top. Add vanilla extract and pinch of salt.
  5. Bake 25–30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  6. Cool to room temperature, then chill 1–2 hours for easier slicing.
  7. Lift out using parchment overhang and cut into squares. Serve at room temperature or chilled.

Notes

Avoid overbaking for chewy bars; store in airtight container.
