Ingredients
  

Cookie Dough
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 tsp baking soda
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.75 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 0.75 cup brown sugar packed
  • 0.25 cup honey
  • 1 egg large
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup pistachios chopped

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Cream butter and brown sugar until fluffy; mix in honey.
  2. Add egg, egg yolk, and vanilla; mix well.
  3. Stir in dry ingredients until just combined.
  4. Fold in pistachios.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 10–12 minutes; sprinkle with sea salt.

Notes

Do not overbake for best chewiness.
