Ingredients
  

Chicken Layer
  • 3 cups cooked chicken shredded or cubed
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup 10.5 oz
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
Stuffing Topping
  • 1 box stuffing mix 6 oz
  • 1.5 cups chicken broth hot
  • 2 tbsp butter melted

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Mix chicken, soup, sour cream, broth, and seasonings.
  3. Spread chicken mixture in the dish.
  4. Prepare stuffing with broth and butter.
  5. Spread stuffing over the chicken layer.
  6. Bake for 35–40 minutes until golden and bubbling.
  7. Let rest before serving.

Notes

Use rotisserie chicken for convenience and extra flavor.
