Ingredients
  

Meatloaf
  • 1.5 lbs ground chicken
  • 1 cup cooked bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup breadcrumbs
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 egg
  • 0.5 cup onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp parsley

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven and prepare loaf pan.
  2. Mix chicken, breadcrumbs, and milk.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and combine gently.
  4. Shape into loaf and place in pan.
  5. Top with ketchup if desired.
  6. Bake for 45–55 minutes until cooked through.
  7. Rest before slicing and serving.
