Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 1.5 lbs chicken thighs cut into chunks
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp cumin
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

  • Mixing bowls
  • Skewers
  • Grill or oven
  • Tongs

Method
 

  1. Mix marinade ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Add chicken and coat well.
  3. Marinate at least 30 minutes.
  4. Thread chicken onto skewers.
  5. Cook on grill or oven for 12–15 minutes.
  6. Turn occasionally until fully cooked.
  7. Serve warm with pita and toppings.

Notes

Serve with tzatziki sauce for best flavor.
