Method
- Whisk together olive oil, yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, and spices to make the marinade.
- Add chicken thighs and coat thoroughly. Marinate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Place marinated chicken on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 25–30 minutes until cooked through.
- Allow chicken to rest briefly before slicing thinly.
- Mix garlic sauce ingredients until smooth.
- Serve chicken in pita with vegetables and garlic sauce.
