Method
- Combine ground chicken, green onions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and white pepper.
- Place 1 teaspoon filling in each wonton wrapper and fold to seal.
- Whisk chili oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, garlic, and sesame oil for the sauce.
- Boil wontons in water for 3–4 minutes until they float and are cooked through.
- Transfer cooked wontons to a bowl and toss with chili sauce.
- Garnish with green onions, sesame seeds, crushed peanuts, and cilantro before serving.
Notes
You can freeze uncooked wontons and cook directly from frozen for an easy meal later.
