  • 2 cups chickpeas cooked
  • 3 cups spinach
  • 1 onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup tomatoes

Method
 

  1. Sauté onion and garlic.
  2. Add spices and tomatoes.
  3. Add chickpeas and broth, simmer.
  4. Add spinach and cook briefly.
  5. Serve warm.

Notes
