Chicken
  • 1.5 lbs chicken breasts cubed
  • 2 eggs
  • 0.5 cup cornstarch

Method
 

  1. Coat chicken in egg and flour mixture.
  2. Fry chicken until golden and crispy.
  3. Prepare lemon sauce and thicken.
  4. Toss chicken in sauce and serve.
