Ingredients
  

Blondie Batter
  • 1 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1.5 cups brown sugar packed
  • 2 eggs large
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 1.5 cups chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix melted butter and brown sugar in a large bowl until smooth.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla extract and whisk until combined.
  4. Stir in flour, baking powder, and salt until a thick batter forms.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips evenly.
  6. Spread batter into prepared pan.
  7. Bake 20–25 minutes until edges are golden and center is set.
  8. Cool completely before slicing into bars.

Notes

For extra gooey blondies, slightly underbake and allow them to finish setting while cooling.
