Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- Mix melted butter and brown sugar in a large bowl until smooth.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract and whisk until combined.
- Stir in flour, baking powder, and salt until a thick batter forms.
- Fold in chocolate chips evenly.
- Spread batter into prepared pan.
- Bake 20–25 minutes until edges are golden and center is set.
- Cool completely before slicing into bars.
Notes
For extra gooey blondies, slightly underbake and allow them to finish setting while cooling.
