Method
- Peel the bananas and slice them into thin rounds, about 1/8-inch thick. Toss in lemon juice if using.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
- Lightly spray air fryer basket with cooking spray or oil.
- Place banana slices in a single layer in the basket.
- Sprinkle half the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the slices.
- Air fry at 300°F for 10 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Sprinkle remaining mixture and cook 5-10 more minutes until crisp.
- Cool on wire rack and store in airtight container.
Notes
For crispier chips, cook in batches and monitor closely to prevent burning.
