- Dice the cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces.

- Combine chicken, apple, grapes, celery, walnuts, and onion in a large bowl.

- Serve chilled on lettuce leaves, sandwiches, or crackers.
Notes
For a lighter version substitute half the mayonnaise with Greek yogurt.
