Ratatouille
  • 1 eggplant diced
  • 2 zucchinis sliced
  • 3 tomatoes chopped
  • 1 bell pepper sliced
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil.
