Latte Base
  • 1 cup cold brew or espresso chilled
  • 0.75 cup milk
  • 0.5 cup ice cubes
Cookie Butter Cold Foam
  • 2 tbsp cookie butter (speculoos spread)
  • 0.33 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch cinnamon optional
Toppings
  • crushed speculoos cookies optional
  • cookie butter drizzle optional

Method
 

  1. Prepare cold brew or espresso and chill.
  2. Fill glass with ice and pour coffee and milk.
  3. Mix cookie butter, cream, milk, sugar, and vanilla until fluffy foam forms.
  4. Spoon cold foam over latte.
  5. Add cookie butter drizzle and crushed cookies if desired.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy.

Notes

Use cold ingredients for best foam texture. Froth or shake vigorously until thick and creamy.
