Ingredients
  

Oat Base
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 0.75 cup milk any kind
  • 0.5 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp nut butter peanut or almond
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp mini chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Combine oats, milk, yogurt, nut butter, sweetener, vanilla, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Stir until smooth and fully combined.
  3. Fold in chocolate chips.
  4. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  5. Stir and serve cold with desired toppings.

Notes

Adjust milk for thinner or thicker oats.
