Ingredients
  

Fudge
  • 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate
  • 8 oz milk chocolate
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk 1 can
  • 1 cup marshmallow creme
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.25 tsp salt

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Melt butter and condensed milk over low heat.
  2. Add chocolate and stir until melted and smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in marshmallow creme, vanilla, and salt.
  4. Pour into lined pan and chill until set.

Notes

Low heat is key for perfect texture.
