- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Blend cottage cheese, eggs, almond flour, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Spread mixture onto baking sheet into a 1/4-inch thick flatbread shape.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until firm and golden.
- Spread marinara sauce over the base.
- Add mozzarella and toppings.
- Bake another 8-10 minutes until cheese melts.
- Cool, garnish, slice, and serve.
