- Allow the butter to soften fully at room temperature.
- Add softened butter, garlic, parsley, chives, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, lemon zest, smoked paprika, red pepper flakes, cayenne, salt, and black pepper to a mixing bowl.
- Mix thoroughly using a fork, spatula, or hand mixer until smooth and fully combined.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as desired.
- Serve immediately in a butter dish or shape into a log using parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour if slicing into rounds for serving.
- Serve over steak, chicken, seafood, vegetables, potatoes, or bread.

Fresh herbs and real butter provide the best flavor. Store refrigerated for up to 7 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
