Ingredients
  

Filling
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese
Assembly
  • 12 slider buns
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds optional
  • 1 tsp parsley optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook ground beef with onions and seasonings until browned.
  3. Prepare bacon until crispy and crumble.
  4. Layer bottom buns, beef, bacon, cheese, and top buns.
  5. Brush tops with butter and mustard mixture.
  6. Bake covered 15 minutes, then uncovered 5–7 minutes.
  7. Slice and serve warm.

Notes

Add BBQ sauce or jalapeños for variation.
