Ingredients
  

Casserole Base
  • 12 oz egg noodles
  • 3 cups cooked chicken shredded or diced
  • 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup peas and carrots frozen
  • 1 onion diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
Topping
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 3 tbsp butter melted
  • 2 tbsp parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Cook egg noodles, drain, and set aside.
  2. Sauté diced onion in butter until soft; add garlic.
  3. Mix soup, sour cream, milk, cheese, and spices in a bowl.
  4. Stir in chicken, veggies, onions, and garlic.
  5. Fold in cooked noodles and spread mixture into greased baking dish.
  6. Mix breadcrumbs with melted butter and parsley; sprinkle on top.
  7. Bake at 350°F for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
