  • 1 bag frozen hash browns thawed
  • 8 eggs large
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1.5 cups bacon cooked and crumbled

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a baking dish.
  2. Layer hash browns, bacon, and half the cheese in the dish.
  3. Whisk eggs, milk, sour cream, salt, and pepper.
  4. Fold in cream cheese and pour over casserole.
  5. Top with remaining cheese and bake until set.
