Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder optional
Wet Ingredients
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tbsp butter melted

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Add cheese and combine.
  4. Whisk wet ingredients separately.
  5. Combine into a dough and form biscuits.
  6. Bake 12–15 minutes until golden.

Notes

Best served warm. Avoid overbaking to keep biscuits soft.
