- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and orange zest.
- Mix orange juice, milk, butter, eggs, and vanilla in another bowl.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Fold cranberries into the batter.
- Pour batter into loaf pan.
- Bake 50–60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool loaf completely before glazing.
- Mix glaze ingredients and drizzle over loaf.
Notes
Fresh or frozen cranberries work equally well for this recipe.
