- In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil. Add the diced onion, celery, and minced garlic. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until softened and fragrant.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, sautéed vegetables, dried bread cubes, chopped cranberries, parsley, sage, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Pour in the beaten egg and half the broth. Stir until the mixture comes together; add more broth if needed.
- Scoop out portions and form 1-2 inch balls. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake at 375°F for 20-25 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- Let cool slightly and serve warm.
Notes
Use day-old bread for best texture. Adapt for gluten-free with GF bread.
