Ingredients
  

Dip Base
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 4 oz feta cheese crumbled
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2-3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
Cranberry Swirl
  • 1/2 cup fresh cranberries
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp orange juice
  • 1 tsp orange zest
Garnish
  • fresh rosemary or thyme
  • additional cranberries
  • toasted nuts optional

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Saucepan

Method
 

  1. In a small saucepan, combine cranberries, honey, orange juice, and zest. Cook 5–7 minutes until thickened. Cool slightly.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whip cream cheese, feta, Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Spread cheese mixture into serving bowl. Spoon cranberry mixture on top and gently swirl.
  4. Garnish with rosemary, extra cranberries, and optional nuts. Serve with crackers or veggies.

Notes

Can be made a day ahead. Keep cranberry swirl separate for freshest appearance.
