Soup
  • 2 tbsp oil or butter
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 carrots sliced
  • 2 celery stalks chopped
  • 2 potatoes diced
  • 4 cups broth
  • 0.5 cup cream

Method
 

  1. Sauté onion and garlic in oil until soft.
  2. Add vegetables and cook briefly.
  3. Add broth and simmer until vegetables are tender.
  4. Blend until smooth and stir in cream.
