Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz pasta shells
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion diced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 0.75 cup heavy cream
  • 1.5 cups cheddar cheese shredded

Equipment

  • Large skillet
  • Pasta pot
  • Wooden spoon

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta shells according to package instructions and drain.
  2. Sauté onion and garlic in butter and oil until soft.
  3. Brown ground beef and season.
  4. Add broth and tomato sauce, simmer briefly.
  5. Stir in cream and cheese until smooth.
  6. Toss pasta with sauce and serve.
