  • 300 g pasta
  • 400 g ground beef
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp Italian seasoning

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and reserve some pasta water.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook ground beef until browned.
  3. Add onion and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  4. Stir in tomato paste and spices, mixing well.
  5. Pour in cream and milk, simmer until slightly thickened.
  6. Add parmesan cheese and stir until melted.
  7. Combine pasta with sauce and adjust consistency with pasta water.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with parsley.
