Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 2 chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
Pasta & Sauce
  • 12 oz spaghetti
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1.5 cups heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 1.5 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese grated

Method
 

  1. Cook spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Reserve pasta water and drain.
  2. Season chicken with Cajun seasoning and cook in olive oil until golden and cooked through.
  3. Remove chicken and sauté garlic in butter until fragrant.
  4. Add cream and milk, simmer gently.
  5. Stir in mozzarella and Parmesan until smooth.
  6. Add spaghetti and sliced chicken, toss to coat.

Notes

Use freshly grated cheese for best sauce texture.
