- Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve pasta water and drain.
- Season chicken with Cajun seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cook chicken in olive oil until golden and fully cooked. Rest and slice.

- Add heavy cream and milk, stirring to combine.
- Add mozzarella, parmesan, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Stir until smooth.
- Toss cooked spaghetti in the sauce until fully coated.
- Top with sliced Cajun chicken, garnish, and serve hot.
