Ingredients
  

  • 300 g pasta
  • 300 g smoked sausage sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion diced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1-2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese grated

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta until al dente.
  2. Brown sausage in olive oil.
  3. Cook onion and garlic.
  4. Add Cajun seasoning and cream.
  5. Stir in Parmesan and pasta.

Notes

Adjust Cajun seasoning to taste. Add pasta water for sauce consistency.
