- Sauté onion in butter and oil until soft.
- Add garlic and mushrooms; cook until browned.
- Add chicken, season, and cook briefly.
- Stir in flour and slowly add broth.
- Simmer 10–15 minutes until thickened.

Do not boil after adding cream.
