- Preheat oven and prepare muffin tin or pan.
- Mix crust ingredients and press into pan.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, then stir in cream, chocolate, cocoa powder, and vanilla.
- Pour filling over crust and bake until centers are set.
- Cool, then refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
