  • 8 oz mushrooms sliced
  • 1 cup Marsala wine
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream

Method
 

  1. Season and sear chicken.
  2. Sauté mushrooms, onion, and garlic.
  3. Add wine and simmer briefly.
  4. Transfer to crock pot and cook until tender.
