Creamy Dill Dip
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp fresh dill finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Add sour cream, mayonnaise, dill, parsley, garlic, lemon juice, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to a mixing bowl.
  2. Stir until smooth and fully combined.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  4. Chill for at least 30 minutes for best flavor.
  5. Serve cold with vegetables, crackers, or chips.

Notes

Fresh dill gives the best flavor. This dip also works beautifully as a sandwich spread or sauce for grilled seafood and chicken.
